We see patients by appointment only. Same day appointments are available for existing patients, but we ask that patients call to arrange an appointment time first. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow us adequate time to properly check you in. Established Patients phoning for appointments for urgent or sick visits are offered our sick visit appointments for that day. We are now doing video visits. You may requested to do a video visit if you qualify.  If there are no more available appointments for that day, a message will be taken for the Physician will determine when you can be seen or refer you to an immediate care center or emergency room for urgent care. When we see patients without appointments we create situations that are unfair to other patients. Please bring all your medicines, in their original bottles, with you to each office visit.

Please bring current insurance card with you to each office visit.

This office has a no show/missed appointment fee that will be charged for cancellations with less than 24-hours’ notice, or a no show fee of $25.00 will be charged for a missed appointment.

If you are admitted to Eastern Niagara Hospital-Lockport Dr Pal will be your provider. If you are admitted to another area hospital or facility a provider/hospitalist will be assigned to you during your stay.

Please ask that ALL of your hospital records are faxed to Dr. Pal at discharge.

Also, schedule a follow up within 7-10 days of discharge, and bring discharge paperwork and all of your medications with you to your follow up appointment after hospitalization.
